A brief explanation of the solar shades
The solar screen is a perforated fabric that filters light, allowing a view to the outside. The 1% is the tightest woven perforation, providing no view outside and allowing minimal light (ideal for bathrooms). The 5% perforation allows a better view outside during the day. Usually, the 3% is the best compromise for the versatility of a solar screen.
Denominations of SOLAR SHADES.
Often called Sheerweave, texscreen, solar roller blinds, solar roller shade.
Wide Range of Colors Available for Our Solar Shades
Light colors are ideal for diffusing light in the room, cutting UV and solar rays, so there is no heat. However, they offer less visibility outside than a dark color. With a dark color, you will decrease the light transmission in your room (darken). It is less effective than a light color for heat since dark colors attract sunlight but still cut UV rays. They offer excellent visual transmission outside.
Superior Quality and Craftsmanship of Our Screens.
Our solar screens are designed in our factory in Montreal; our fabrics are refined and the most performance-oriented in the market. Sealed hot to prevent fraying, the roll is made of extruded aluminum. Always keeping up with the latest trends, we carefully choose all our fabrics to please our customers.

How to measure your blinds
The measurement of the width must be taken only at the top of the frame, this shade going down leaves +/- 3/8 inch of clearance on each side of the canvas during the descent.
The measurement for the height does not need to be very precise; a measurement to the nearest 1/2 inch is fine.
If you want the supports to be equal to your frame, you simply take the outside measurement of the frame on the width and if you want to completely cover your frame with the canvas then you must add 1 1/2 inches to this measurement.
For the height you have 2 options, so if you want to install the canvas on the frame then take the outside measurement of the frames on the height. However, if the box is installed at the top of the frame, you must add 3 inches to this measurement.
