Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to order with complete confidence. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction warranty. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you notice any defect or damage with the fabric, paint, or mechanism. We will guide you through the return process, free of charge. Depending on the cause of your dissatisfaction, we will either send you a replacement product free of charge or guide you through the return process in order to remedy the problem as soon as possible.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER: Requests for returns due to a problem with the colour will only be processed if there is a noticeable difference between the colour of the sample the purchaser previously ordered and the purchased product. No exchange or refund requests will be accepted if the purchaser did not order a sample prior to the purchase.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be sent in their original condition to the address provided to you and within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the original packaging so that you can adequately pack the blinds should you need to return them. You are not sure how to pack your product? Contact us and we will be happy to guide you. This warranty may not apply if the blinds are not returned in their original condition.

The following warranty is offered to the original purchaser of window dressings properly installed in the original window. A proof of purchase is required. This is in addition to any warranty provided by manufacturers of products sold under brand names.
What is covered:
- Materials and operating mechanisms (including cords and ladders) are covered for five years.
- Manufacturing defects and shipping damage (reported within 30 calendar days).
What is not covered:
- Variations in texture, construction, or colour of natural products; slight warping of wood products; and natural colour changes to materials that take place over time.
- Products that exceed size recommendations or are outside of product specifications.
- Product failure due to any of the following:
- Improper installation, operation, or cleaning;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture;
- Alteration of any kind;
- Damage from children, pets; or insects;
- Improper cleaning.
Resolution of warranty issues:
- Repair or replacement: We will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
- Availability of the replacement product: When replacing a product under warranty, we will provide a replacement product that is as close as possible to the original product. If the product consists of multiple parts, only the defective part will be repaired or replaced. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.
- Shipping charges: After a period of one year, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with warranty repair.
- After warranty expiration:
- After warranty expires, many products can still be repaired for a nominal fee.
- In many cases, a repair kit with the necessary components and instructions to facilitate the repair can be sent to the customer.

This warranty supersedes any other warranties, written or oral. In no event shall we be held liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a proof of purchase, sales invoice, cancelled check, or another payment record verifying the original purchase date must be presented to us.
All our products are made to order so it is very important that you follow our measuring and installation instructions. It is equally important that you review your e-mail order confirmation for accuracy. Of course, we realize that mistakes may occur. If the error is confirmed to have been made by us or the manufacturer, we will repair or replace your product at no charge to you.
If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, please contact us within 30 calendar days. Depending on the type of error, you may return the product to the factory for alteration, or we will have it remade at a discount. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Order Changes and Cancellations: All products are made to order, and production normally begins the day after an order is placed. We will happily change or cancel your order as long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that are changed or cancelled after one business day may incur additional charges.
Due to variances among computer monitors, the colours that appear on your screen may not be exact.
If colour is important, you must request free samples prior to ordering. We guarantee your satisfaction with the colour only if you have requested samples prior to ordering and if the colour of the purchased product differs from the sample you have received. Colours may vary between dye lots. If you order blinds for a room and want to make sure they are all the same colour, be sure to purchase all your blinds at the same time so they are manufactured from the same material lot. We will only guarantee an exact colour match for blinds that are purchased together on the same order.
